Overwhelmed by fitness video choices?
use my reviews!

Looking for a great fitness video but can't decide which title to buy? Finding the right video for your home fitness program can be a difficult proces. Not to mention that the workout itself is not always what is promised on the cover. Videoworkouts.com features extensive reviews and articles to make your home workout program a succes.

What are the goals that you want to achieve? Different goals require different types of exercises. When I was starting out, I didn't know the difference between aerobics or resistance training, as long as I was sweating it was good, right? Wrong!

Choose a video with a level that is right for you. Too easy and it's certainly not effective. Too hard, you will get frustrated and quit. The levels indicated in the reviews will be beginner, intermediate, or advanced and sometimes inbetween.

How much time can you devote to your workout? The reviews will tell you exactly how long the actual workout is. Do not trust the times on the cover, often the covers are designed before the workouts are even filmed.
