Tae Bo

Tae Bo is Billy Blanks's dynamic, personal blend of martial arts, dance, and boxing. No matter what your fitness lever, it's simple to learn and fun to do.

Like Tae Bo itself, the name is a hybrid: "Tae" means leg, indicating the lower-body portion of the workout. "Bo" comes from the boxing moves that provide the upper-body punch to this unique program.
