Circuit training

Circuit training is used for development of each element of the condition. A circuit can be a combination of exercises with or without machines or stations, set up in a way, so that participants can go from one station to the next without interrupting the intensity level of the exercise.

The circuits can be set up to vary the exercises between upper and lower body, between aerobic exercises and resistance exercises, or just to bring extra variety to your workout program.
