My Pregnancy Journal - Week 10

I felt tired, most days of the past week, really tired. By noon, I
was ready to take a nap. Unfortunately, I am working, so couldn't do
that, which meant that I arrived home exhausted. Have weird feelings in
my stomach and it's already starting to expand some, my pants are
feeling tight!
Feeling Dog Tired? Get Moving!
Exhaustion is a hallmark of pregnancy and likely
caused by an increase in the hormone, progesterone. That's why you feel
so sluggish. Believe it or not, one of the best ways to boost your
fading energy is to work up a sweat. But please be sure to follow the
safety guidelines
My workouts this week:
Absolutely nothing. I was way too tired to do anything. I know
exercising usually lifts my spirits and gives me energy, but I just
couldn't bring myself to it this week.
