My Pregnancy Journal - Week 18
25 April 2005 - 1 May 2005
This week was my son's second birthday. Already. Wow, time sure
flies. Had a lot of preparing to do for his big Birthday party, so
didn't get to do all the workouts that I wanted. Of course, my body
didn't really cooperate either, I was pretty tired all week. Must be the
stress of the Birthday party. (Hopefully)

As
fabulous as pregnancy is, there's nothing like a team of raging hormones
and a tipping scale to wipe out that glow.
And it's
not just the physical or emotional changes that can send you for a loop
- how about the lifestyle changes (family dynamics, finances etc.) that
come along with it too?
With all
that going on, it's no big shocker that I get so many emails from
depressed, worried and anxious moms-to-be.

Because I was pretty tired, and had a lot of other stuff to do for my
son's party, I only did single workouts this week. But at least I am
still doing something. So here's
