My Pregnancy Journal - Week 21

This week I am enjoying a nice family vacation in the South of France. This is the second time we are going together with friends, who have a three year old daughter. Our kids really like to play together and have lots of fun. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

My workouts this week:

Vacation in France! Usually, vacations are my workout breaks. My time off from rotations, weight training and planned cardio sessions. I usually walk alot during vacations, but will use this vacation mainly to get some rest and recharge myself for the strenous time that lies ahead.
