My Pregnancy Journal - Week 27

Woohoo, this week is another milestone on the calendar! I am
officially in my third and final trimester. The count down has begun!
Stretches: Eight ways to relax during pregnancy
These eight stretches will enhance your flexibility, prevent your
muscles from tightening, and make you look and feel great.
Use them after a workout as a way to cool down, or just when you need
to relax. Be sure to breathe deeply and regularly as you stretch.

Most important thing during pregnancy is to listen to your body, so I
really feel the time has come to lighten my workouts and start to really
modify.
