Jeannie Ann Copleston

Jeannie Ann Copleston (JAC) is a cast member of the FIRM's "Volume 3"with Sandhal Bergman, Basics "Sculpting with weights" with Tracie Long, and Tri-Trainer "All Weights" with Tracie Long.

Has lead the workout "Up and Down" for FitPrime (vol. 3) and is now an instructor at just V, the gym of Tracie Long who is also a former Firm and FitPrime instructor.
