Fitness Instructor Michelle Dozios is certified by ACE, N.A.S.M. and
the Physical Mind Institute in the Method Pilates. Michelle is a former
National and World Aerobic Champion.
Michelle Dozios was a competitive gymnast as a
child and a dancer in her teens and early 20's. She took her first
aerobics class from Madonna Grimes. Madonna introduced her to fitness
and the sport of competitive aerobics -- That was 12 years ago, and
Michelle has been hooked ever since. Michelle and her husband now own
Breakthru Fitness a personal training and Pilates studio in Pasadena,
CA. "I love helping people reach their goals, whether it is one-on-one
or in a group class. We are the proud parents of a three year-old boy
and a one year-old girl."
