Instructor Rob Glick

Rob Glick holds a bachelors degree in exercise science and is the director of group exercise for Crunch Fitness in Mission Viejo, California.

He has presented at more than 300 fitness events in more than 28 countries. Rob is working with EFI to bring the exciting new Gravity Training program into the fitness world, he is a part of the Nautilus Group Presenter Team, and a BOSU Master Trainer.
