Seasun Zieger

Seasun Zieger, an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, has been instructing classes for more than 13 years now. Although she teaches a variety of classes including step & floor aerobics, Bosu, Body Pump and Urban Rebounding, step is her personal favorite. Seasun's first exercise video, Rock Steady Step, received credit as the "Best Workout Video for Step Routine," in the January 2004 issue of Fitness Magazine.
