Fitness Instructor Tracy York is certified by ACE and AFAA. Certified in "The Method" Pilates-inspired exercises by the Physical Mind Institute in Santa Fe.

Tracy York was very active in high school sports but she hadn't found her niche. She then took an aerobics class at Jane Fonda's studio and was hooked! Tracy had found her calling. She is now married and has a young son.
