Tracie
Long, and the Former Original Firm Instructors are now gearing up to
bring you a whole new way to shape, tone and sculpt your body. Since
late 2003, Tracie Long Productions produces a new video fitness series
taught by former Firm Instructors. The instructors are together again to
introduce their new techniques for burning fat and building muscle. The
new workouts from Tracie Long Productions still utilize the same, basic
principles introduced by the Firm, but with updated moves and exercises
to target problem areas of modern men and women; all taught by Tracie
and other former Firm Instructors.
Tracie
Long Productions will produce a new catalog of fitness videos each
showcasing the exercises of the original Firm Instructors. Tracie Long
Productions and the Instructors can also be seen live in historic,
downtown Charleston, SC where they will be teaching their revolutionary
new body reshaping techniques to members of
V, an upscale, full
service, adult health club.

There will be four videos and below are the leads, cast, type of video
and length. We don't have any titles yet or in depth descriptions for
you, those will come later. You will recognize all of the leads and some
of the cast members from previous videos, while some of the cast are new
faces. All of us are instructors and personal trainers at V, which is
also where we will be filming all of the videos. All four videos will be
released on DVD (no dvd-r!!!) and sold by Tracie Long Training. Also, we
have an absolutely incredible producer that has received two Emmy's for
her work with ABC sports! Jeanne Anne Copleston and Tracie Long Mathewes
will be the primary choreographers.
