Womens Health and Fitness Network
A new company, who will be producing several series of fitness
workouts. Series that are planned for a February 2005 release are new
FitPrime workouts, by creator Anna Benson. Anna Benson was the original
founder of the Firm and
FitPrime workout series. She has now teamed
up again with Mark Henriksen and Cynthia Benson, who were also part of
the production team of the original Firm workout series.
Planned for a March 2005 release are 6 new KickButt workouts. These
will consist of choreography taken from previously released FitPrime
workouts. Even the titles are the same for most of the workouts. But the
set is different, a different instructor is leading the workout, I am
sure these workouts will feel new and different, even if you have the
FitPrime workouts on which they are based.
